Makachi Investment Portfolio provides services for both public and private sector development projects.

Our services

Private Sector:

We will source loan and equity financing for any amount for private sector projects in Africa. We have solid partnerships with financial services providers and funding sources for projects in construction & mining. We promote viable private sector development projects by assisting private companies, private institutions and privately owned businesses to secure equity partners and/or loan finance for their projects at reasonable interest rates. We can assist with the development of feasibility studies and bankable business plans if required.

Public sector:

With the current trend in public private partnerships (PPP) between government agencies and private funders as the route for effective service delivery to the population, Makachi Investment offers the following services:

• Procurement of PPP partners

Procurement of PPP partners: We will facilitate (where necessary, after introducing the partners) the negotiation and conclusion of PPP procurement for identified infrastructure and utility projects. Through structured mandates with our clients, we work with our finance partners and representatives of financial institutions to introduce and facilitate negotiations for financial solutions for the projects.
